Description
The villa spreads out over two floors, comprising one home each, with independent entrances. The top floor is divided into one entrance hall/living room, one kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace. The garret is also accessible from this floor.
The ground floor has the same layout except for the living room and the kitchen, united in a wide and well lit open space.
Partially underground, you will find a third floor, as wide as the ones above ground, divided in two huge rooms: a comfortable open space with kitchen area, living room area, a bathroom and a fireplace, ideal for parties and barbecues, and a convenient storage room.
Beside the house there's a car box spacious enough to easily shelter three cars.
All around the villa, a luxurious, mediterranean style garden with olive and fruit trees, palms, flowers, and land suitable for farming.

Location
The villa is located only five minutes by car from the Ortona tollgate of the A14 Adriatica highway and 15 to 25 minutes from the cities of Pescara and Chieti and the Pescara International Airport.
Although Ortona is a beautiful little town by the Adriatic sea, you might wish for some mountains for a change. Abruzzo has it all: from the villa you can reach the various National Parks of Abruzzo, Gran Sasso, Maiella and also the best ski areas and resorts, all in about 1 hour and 30-to-45 minutes by car.
